When we started building Earnhouse, we had one goal: make it possible for a sole trader to run their entire business from their phone, without the faff. No spreadsheets, no chasing, no pen and paper. Just a simple tool that handles everything from the first call to the final payment.

Job scheduling
A weekly view that shows your full diary at a glance. Add jobs, drag them to reschedule, assign them to team members. It's built for the way tradespeople actually work — quick to update, easy to read on a small screen, and always showing you what's coming up.
Quotes and invoices
Create a professional quote in under two minutes. Add line items, adjust the total, attach photos if you need to. Clients receive a link — no app download needed — where they can review and sign. Once signed, convert to an invoice in one tap. Add payment terms, send. Done.
Client portal
Every client gets a private portal where they can see their jobs, view quotes, sign documents and pay invoices. No login required — they access it via a secure link. This alone has cut our users' average invoice payment time by over 75%.
Revenue dashboard
A clear view of what you've invoiced, what's been paid, and what's outstanding. Filter by month, see your top clients, track overdue amounts. Not a replacement for an accountant — but a good way to know where you stand without opening a spreadsheet.
Xero and QuickBooks sync
Connect your accounting software and invoices sync automatically. No double entry, no exports, no copying and pasting. Tax time becomes a review rather than a reconstruction.
What's next
We're working on GoCardless integration for Direct Debit, Google Calendar sync, and a photo upload feature for capturing job completion evidence. The iOS app is live on TestFlight now and heading to the App Store shortly.
