How to connect in minutes

Connect your Google account

Go to Settings → App → Google Calendar. Tap "Connect Google Calendar" and authorise with your Google account. Choose which calendar to sync jobs to.

Jobs appear automatically

Every job you create or schedule in Earnhouse will appear in your chosen Google Calendar with full job details.

Team members connect their own accounts

Each team member connects their own Google Calendar from their Earnhouse account. They only see jobs assigned to them.

Stays in sync as jobs change

Reschedules, status changes and cancellations update the calendar event automatically. Nothing goes stale.

About this integration

Secure Google OAuth connection

How it connects

Earnhouse uses Google's official OAuth 2.0 flow. You authorise directly on Google's website — we never see your Google password.

Data we access

We only write job events to the calendar you choose. We don't read your existing calendar events or access any other Google services.

Disconnecting

Disconnect at any time from Earnhouse Settings or by revoking access in your Google account settings. Existing calendar events are not deleted.

Common questions

Does every team member need to connect separately?

Yes. Each team member connects their own Google Calendar from their Earnhouse account. This means they only see their own assigned jobs.

Can I choose which Google Calendar events go into?

Yes. During setup you'll be asked to pick which of your Google Calendars to use. You can change this at any time in Settings.

What happens when a job is rescheduled?

The calendar event is updated automatically with the new date and time. You don't need to do anything manually.

Does this work with Google Workspace (G Suite) accounts?

Yes. Both personal Google accounts and Google Workspace accounts are supported.

Can I use Earnhouse without Google Calendar?

Yes. Google Calendar is completely optional. Earnhouse has its own built-in scheduler — Google Calendar is just an extra convenience.
