earnhouse is the parent company. Tender is our flagship business app, built around jobs, clients, paperwork and money. Clear Debt is a separate product focused on personal debt, with a different audience and purpose.

The useful bits

  • earnhouse is the company; Tender is the business app.
  • Tender is for independent businesses and hands-on work.
  • Clear Debt has a separate personal-debt focus.

One company, distinct products

A company homepage has a different job from a product page. The earnhouse homepage introduces the product family and our approach to useful software. The Tender area explains the business app, its pricing and the practical workflows it supports.

That distinction matters when you are looking for help. A Tender customer asking about invoice payments needs an answer about Tender’s payment workflow. Someone exploring Clear Debt needs information relevant to personal debt. A shared company name should not blur those two conversations.

Tender starts with the work

Independent businesses often have one piece of information in a message, another in the diary and another on an invoice. Tender’s core story is bringing the customer, the job, the paperwork and the money into one connected working day.

Consider an independent cleaner visiting a new customer. They need the right address and access arrangements, a record of the rooms and tasks included, and a clear next step when the visit is complete. If the customer asks to add an oven clean, the final paperwork needs to reflect the revised agreement. Those connections are the foundation of the product story.

What Work. Tap. Tax. means

Work means completing the customer’s job. Tap means the customer taps their contactless card or phone against the business owner’s phone to pay. Tax refers to the accounting handover: relevant invoices and payments sync to connected Xero or QuickBooks accounts.

The last word is shorthand for that bookkeeping workflow. Tender does not automatically calculate or file tax returns, submit to HMRC or replace your accountant. The accounting guides explain the role of the connection in plain language.

Find the information for your next step

If you are evaluating Tender, start with the overview and pricing. If you already know you want to use it, download the app from the App Store and follow the setup guide. For a specific question, the journal groups practical articles around Tender, running a business and business money.

The product includes the complete experience through your first five successful customer payments. Afterwards, you explicitly choose the £7.99 monthly subscription to continue Premium actions. Processing fees apply throughout, and the subscription does not start automatically.
