Can I send multiple invoices for one project?
Yes. You can raise multiple invoices against a single job — useful for deposits, stage payments and final invoices on longer builds.
Can I manage subcontractors as well as employees?
You can add anyone to your team roster and assign jobs to them. Each person sees their own schedule.
Does it handle VAT on materials separately from labour?
Yes. Each line item has its own VAT rate — you can set materials and labour at different rates, or zero-rate individual items.
Can clients see their job progress?
Yes. The client portal gives them a private view of their jobs, documents and invoices — updated in real time as the job progresses.
Do I need to use Xero or QuickBooks?
